I pre-ordered the Sims 4 Island Living Expansion Pack and it wont give me a download option. It simply says it is unlocked. I have reset origin as well as uninstall and reinstall but I still can't do...

So... I have turned off my computer, logged out of origin.
Uninstalled and installed Origin... Repeard my game..
Nothing works..
It says it my internet connection 🙄🙄🙄
But that's not the case......
I live in Europe...
I did Pre-order.

same thing exactly with me. my payment went through and everything is fine with my internet. im so annoyed!!!
