I just checked my bank, turns out they never charged me. I made my own account where i have access to the email, going to repurchase everything now.

literally same I just spent the past 30 minutes trying to talk to the advisor people and they just kept passing me on to another one all because I cant access my email.... I honestly give up at this point its bull I just want to play ☹️

- 7 years ago@kirrahardiman I just spoke to an advisor, and the advisor successfully removed the pre-ordered expansion from my library. I re-purchased and it worked.

I checked my PayPal and it says I didn't get charged, the only issue is now is that I don't have the money to buy it. This is isn't fair because even though it says I wasn't charged I could swear I spent that money. Where do I go to contact customer service?

@kirrahardiman Hi. I just had the same issue only I didn’t pre-order but it was still showing that I purchased the game and have the content but when I opened library it was not there. I had to reinstall origin entirely and once I singed in it started downloading automatically. Hope this helps 🙂

Im getting the preorder error to where I guess I have to talk to an advisor and clear the account.
Im definitely not happy about this, how many expansions has this game had and this happens? Definitely a lesson to not preorder any more games.
So excited to play a game at midnight trying to get a taste of it before work and instead Im met with stress and cant play it until after work. Hooray.

If you did have a pre-order under the previous card, then that transaction would still be under that card. However, you are welcome to contact our game advisors at EA Help and they can help you get things situated so that you can order it under the correct card.
To contact EA Help:
- Go to https://help.ea.com
- Click "Contact Us"
- Select The Sims 4 from the game list
- Select PC or Mac
- Select Orders > Check order status
- Click Select contact option
