Sims 4 Island Living Won't Download
I pre-ordered the Sims 4 Island Living Expansion Pack and it wont give me a download option. It simply says it is unlocked. I have reset origin as well as uninstall and reinstall but I still can't do...

@EA_Mai It just says that origin was unable to download your game. Please check your internet connection and try again later. I have been trying all day.
I checked my PayPal and it says I didn't get charged, the only issue is now is that I don't have the money to buy it. This is isn't fair because even though it says I wasn't charged I could swear I spent that money. Where do I go to contact customer service?
