Sims 4 on MacBook won't work

Hi,

I want to play Sims 4 on my MacBook (Pro 2017, with version OS Ventura) but I can't play it. 

I downloaded Origin, Epic Games and also Steam, but none of these platforms work.

I keep getting the message that my Origin won't link with my Epic Games, it's getting the error code EC-BPS-1Z04.

What am I doing wrong? I re-installed it a several times, but that won't work either.

    You can only download and play the game through Origin for Mac and will need to unlink any associated accounts such as Steam and Epic in order to do so.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. So, you say that I need to delete Steam and Epic Games? But the Sims 4 doesn't work only on Origin, I already tried that...

    The Origin app says that I can only open it with Steam or Epic Games.

    You don’t need to delete them, you need to unlink them from your Origin account so you can successfully ply the game through Origin on your Mac. Or, create a new Origin account and download the base game for free.

    I created a new Origin account and downloaded Sims 4 again, but if that doesn't help: how can I unlink them from my Origin account?
