i dont think any razer gtx 1650 models like mine are launching i havent received any word from any1 that had it launching with this model. @EA_Darko

Have the same problem here. RBS 2019 13"

Spoke to EA support well over an hour and nothing helped. 

Could it be because cpu is factory overclocked from 1.3ghz to 1.5ghz? 

I'm having the same problem.  The title screen comes up and then goes away, and the only other thing that happens is an error window in my taskbar (but I cannot read it--clicking on it does nothing).  Please advise, if you can.  DxDiag attached.

I did verify files via Origin.  No joy.

I also tried the Steam version of the game, just in case, but I run into the same issue.

Also have the same problem. I would honestly love to see this resolved. It's been a week and I still can't play this game and it's all I want.

Seems to work, downloading the update now. Never got this far before..
