I searched around and found a possible fix on reddit (click here). I'll try it when I get back home and post an update on if it works.

I got it too, a bit different method
i use this method
inside C:\Games\Origin Games\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64 (this is where i install my game)
create a .bat file and inside type/copy all this (find where you install your games with the starwarsjedifallenorder.exe)
cd C:\Games\Origin Games\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64
set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000
starwarsjedifallenorder.exe
then open the game using .bat
can play yay!!

that weird, it runs for me test including software (airparrot 2) and it works burnout paradise did not work though
What i did
locate the "starwarsjedifallenorder.exe" file location where you installed , mine is >
C:\Games\Origin Games\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64
Open Notepad type the following and save as " .bat " Do not Delete cd (only delete the "C:\Games\Origin Games\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64" and replace with your installed location >
cd C:\Games\Origin Games\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64
set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000
starwarsjedifallenorder.exe
Put the . bat files in your "starwarsjedifallenorder.exe" location, for me that is "C:\Games\Origin Games\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64" >
Run the game by clicking the ".bat files" a Dos will come up in a few sec and gone, then the game runs
