Starwars Jedi fallen order

Starwars: Jedi Fallen Order game was redeemed from my Amazon Prime subscription shows up in EA application but not in Origin, It keeps telling me when I try to add game code to Origin that the game was redeemed already but it never shows in my games library. Please help. I have one email address and it is the same on my EA and Origin account. I have spoken to EA help with no resolution and Amazon Prime says it is an EA issue as the game shows it has been successfully redeemed. @EA_Jason
