If you're continuously being prompted to reset your password, that sounds like you're resetting the password for the wrong EA account. You can verify if you're using the correct EA account by logging in here and checking for your Steam ID under the Connected Accounts section. If you do not see your Steam ID under Connected Accounts, that means you're logging in with the wrong EA account.
