If it works on mobile, but not your usual network it definitely sounds like there's something preventing you from connecting to us. Are you currently on a public network, such as a workplace or school, or are you on your own home network?

I am on our home network. I even tried resetting the router to the stock settings, it kinda worked, but the internet was slow than usual and the TV had some graphic issues too. So I reset the router (not to the stock settings this time) and it didn't work again... It's like Origin was taking loads of resources to load or something, but I am not an IT guy. Also my friend could see me online, even though I can't see anything. (see screenshot, I am lol123_SVK)
