So idk how or why this even happened but I was charged for the sims vampire expansion when I was only trying to buy the realm of magic. I purchased vampires 3 days ago so how is it I’m getting charged for an expansion I already have?

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

When I bought a new expansion pack for the Sims 4 today, the receipt showed that it had charged me for the 2 packs I already owned and bought months ago. What do I do to fix it?
