    It sounds like you've tried going through the account recovery process with an advisor. Unfortunately, if you can't verify you own the account, we can't grant access to it. If we did, it would result on a very high number of stolen accounts. I absolutely understand this is frustrating, but the best I can advise is to do your best to recall the information support is needing to verify ownership of the account.

    I don’t even want the account, I simply want it removed from my PlayStation Network ID that I can prove I own. I want to use my new EA account on my PSN ID but you guys can’t even take it off.

      We can't do that without account verification because unlinking the account removes all content and progress on all EA games. This could be heavily abused if we didn't need to verify accounts before such damaging action was taken. The only way to get this account unlinked is to successfully go through the account recovery process with an advisor.

        So you’re saying the account owner of the actual system they are using to play in the first place is not proof of ownership? What if someone (family member/friend) got on my system and played a EA title on my account and was forced to make a EA account to play online (not knowing that EA accounts are  permanently restricted to only being linked to one account per type of account in its life) and later on I try and get on and I can no longer use my account to play online because it’s connected to their account and they no longer can use their EA account on their actual systems account? Do you see how flawed EA’s account management is? This is so ridiculous and so non-user friendly. I actually had to made a new PSN ID to play a game I bought on the PS Store just to connect online and lost all my progress from my original account. EA does not care about its customers at all. If y’all did, y’all would just make it possible to unlink a account on the game system itself since you have access to the actual account on the actual device you are playing on!
