Unable to make a new account on Origin, Mac

I am unable to create a new account on Origin.  I am trying to create a new account on Origin, since the last accounts email address doesn't work anymore. The Origins window just freezes when i pre...

    @01836362  Try creating the account on ea.com and only signing into Origin once that account has been confirmed via email.

Thank you, it worked somehow 👍🏻.

Gladly i have my sims but it's missing few packs it had, like the vampire and cats & dogs pack

    @01836362  Packs don't transfer between accounts, unfortunately.  So the only way to retrieve your packs would be to go through the account recovery process with EA customer support.  If you're interested, start here:
