Unjust ban on Origin

So my account has been perma banned, but I think it's really unfair. Some random person started calling me something and I got upset and called them back. This was considered an "extreme violation"...

I know what happened, but I don't think its justified. I am asking for a review of this case

@fartnitepalyer Just as it's stated in our Help article, let us know if you think the ban or suspension on your EA Account (or one of the platform accounts that’s linked to it) was a mistake:

  1. Click here to Contact Us.
  2. Sign in to your EA Account that has the ban or suspension, if you haven’t already.
  3. Click the plus sign in the Email section to fill out our webform and give us the details about your ban or suspension.

If you’ve got a ban or suspension on your EA Account, for a specific game, or for your device, we’ll notify you via email. Check your email for more details.
