I am having the same problem. I am running Sims4 Legacy and Digital Deluxe. I have downloaded and installed both the Werewolves and Vampires Game Packs. When I start Sims4, I can see Vampires but not Werewolves.

    Werewolves isn't compatible with the Legacy Edition- the only packs that are compatible with this version of The Sims 4 are all expansions that were released prior to Discover University. In order to play Werewolves, you'd need to upgrade to the 64-bit version of the game if your PC is compatible with that version.

    However, if your PC is not compatible with the 64-bit version of The Sims 4, you can contact the live support team to get a refund processed for your Werewolves pack. You can get in contact with the live support team through the help site here, or you can reach out via Twitter or Facebook as well for more assistance on this.
