    Hi @Nuttawet, 

    If you have Medal of Honor in your game library you should be able to see your CD key by right-clicking on the game and opening the Properties. Under the General tab you should see the CD key if there's one available. 

    If that doesn't help, I think it would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. You can find more info on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. You can also speak with the team over Facebook or Twitter instead, if you prefer.

    I typed in cd key but i can not click next why is that?

    I also tried redeem product code and put in the correct product code but i get this error message, An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. Why is that and how to fix this problem?

    Please answer all the questions.

      I think it would be best to speak with the EA Help team so they can look into this more in-depth. I'm afraid we can't really look into account issues here on Answers HQ.
