Why cant I get in touch with EA Support???
I've been trying for DAYS to get in touch with customer support after a game I bought on origin never appeared in my library. Money taken out of account yet on my origin its showing up as if I never purchased it. Still giving me the option to buy it again. Last week I got in contact via the chat and they told me to follow trouble shooting steps. Still didn't work. They then said that I had to wait 24hrs as sometimes there is a delay in them receiving payment or something? So that if I waited 24hrs it'll be resolved.
WELL GUESS WHAT IT WASN'T.
And ever since I've been trying to access EA Support via chat, or EAHelp on twitter. BUT NO ONES REPLYING sdkjshdkjshdkjhda. I either get the "No channels avaliable" when accessing the chat. Or on EAHelp twitter they're ignoring all my DMS and Tweets while replying to others. I'm mad, and sad. I either want my game or my money back why is this so hard?
