I love titanfall 2 but thats not important. So when i open titanfall 2 and check origin in game options it sais on the Enable Origin In-Game that its locked becouse im in restricted access mode which im not. In the screen shots i show when i do not have titanfall 2 running and when i do have titanfall 2 running. So please help me comunity

Origin also has the option to enable Origin In Game for specific games in your Library as well. If that's selected for Titanfall 2 that's most likely the reason why the option is restricted.
If you right-click on Titanfall 2 in your Origin Library and select Game Properties from the menu you should see an option there that says Enable Origin In Game for Titanfall 2. Try disabling that and see if it lets you disable the overlay afterward.
