Account hacked and suspended (EA/Apex Legends)
I got a mail today that my account was permanently banned for cheating.
At first I believed this to be phishing or some other false mail, but when I wanted to play Apex Legends, I found my account not where I left it.
I was suddenly more than a full rank up; from Silver 3/2 to Gold 1.
Same was true for my kd/a... while I am an average player with normally a kd around 0.55, now it was 1.11...
Rankings and stats from seasons before this prove this. I assume if you could check the gamedata, the same pattern would be found.
Suddenly my highest dmg is in 4k, while I've only been able to hit a max of 2k since season 3..
It was hacked.
I am a regular player and bought 2 season passes so far, for the love of god, I have never had any interest in cheating in any game and I never will.
Any clue on how to resolve this issue?!
I am currently still logged into the EA account but i can no longer change my password, I assume the old one was reset?!
In desperate need of help.
