Alice Maddess Returns: Cloud Save Xbox S to Xbox One

Hello! Played Alice Maddess Returns on my dad's Xbox S and it saved to cloud. But now I have my own Xbox One but it is not syncing the saved data from the cloud even though I can see the data! I pressed sync and it said it synced but it still isn't reflecting my progress when I try to play the game. What do I do?
