Anthem Disappointment

I learned that the servers for the product we purchased have been shut down. I saw that Anthem has been removed from my library. I am very disappointed. I am speechless. I rate EA's policy zero out of ten. Even if the game servers were shut down, they should have provided dedicated servers for people who purchased and pre-ordered the game. If consumer rights are being violated like this in the digital realm... you can imagine the rest. If not, the seller should have stated this from the beginning. If that's not possible, then the money we paid for the product should have been refunded.

    You are Absolutely right, if someone replies to your issue please let me know, i share the same opinion regarding this and it completely unfair!

    I really liked this game when i played it. It has been a while since i played it, and thought I would try it again only to find out it is gone. What the heck! This will impact my decision on buying games in future, as this is now a waste of money and a true loss of a fun game. Unplayable, even though it is still installed on the computer. Thanks EA. Not even a, "hey, we are really sorry about this, here is a coupon for something else...". Nope, just a dead game that was REMOVED from the library. Not even a notice sent out, which should have occurred since I was an OWNER of the digital rights. Truly disappointed. I will also refrain from buying BF6 due to this...
