Having the same problem now try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it work for a bit now log out again fed up with EA Games day love shutting down good games and keeping rubbish games up and running I'm literally trying to finish the achievements before it gets Shut down and they can't even have the game running properly for us to enjoy it
