Batting issue - pitch frame speed

Summarize your bug Franchise mode. Offline. Not every game, but so far it is about every other game. Happened at Stade Royale. When hitting, the pitcher and pitch frame speed is greatly reduced and choppy. But all other animation is normal. When user is pitching everything is smooth. But when user is hitting it is very choppy.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Franchise mode. Moose team. Did a shuffle draft. Home game at Stade Royale. Was facing Tom Glavine in one game, can’t remember the pitcher in the other game, not sure if that made any impact. Happened twice in 4 games. Tried closing the game out and going back in. Tried turning the PlayStation off and going back in the game. Nothing helped.
