I've had this problem for about 2 weeks. I've reported it to EA and tried their recommendations but nothing worked. I had a chat conversation this morning with an advisor and was told that beginning in 2025, EA had made a decision not to repair problems on Bejeweled Blitz. This is very disappointing. I hope they will rethink that decision.
