Leaderboard has been out of commission since Tuesday. It will not load....anyone else having this issue?

Same loading issues experienced for a week now.
I have emailed EA twice...so far no response.
I have been having this problem in Germany for over 2 weeks now. At the end of each game, I have to load the game again. The leaderboard has disappeared.
