still having this issue as of today the 20 june 25

My game in Blitz Champions froze mid game is there anyway for me to recover the game or get my purchase reimbursed?

Same issue, no leaderboard, game has to be reloaded after one round, sometimes really slow response some times won't reload 

I keep having issues with a Starbucks ad that can't be closed without closing the app. And then I lose gems for not watching the advertisement that can't be closed in the app. I also have a problem with the Snapchat ads that have 15 close buttons before I can close the ad. I've deleted Snapchat because the ads for it make me hate the app. But I hate when I literally cannot close the ad and stay in the game.

June 2nd, 2025....leaderboard issue still persists and doesn't seem to be a resolution in sight. Game still loads but have to reload after I finish a board.

i agree with you fix it or lose the game .. u still take our money .. so it must be worth is to you to keep it going..this game has been around for a long time .. and its us that keep u making games .. we are the ones that play .. feedback would be appreciated instead of ignoring us!!!! 

ii would like to stress that the leader board has not worked for of 7 months now ....WHY i complained about this a few months ago and no one did anything and CLOSED MY COMPLAINT  how hard is it to fix?????

The last time my Leaderboard  on Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook was December 25, 2024. Nothing happens when I try to refresh it, After playing a game I have to refresh to reload each time,

Over three months now, Bejeweled Blitz still doesn't reload, there is no leaderboard, etc.  Not a single thing has been done to fix the problems that exist.   What's the use of a "Forum" if no one from EA Games reads what's going wrong and responds......EVER?
