For 2 days Bejeweled keeps saying it needs to refresh. I click on it and it just spins and spins.
I don't think there's an issue with my desktop computer. I have recently updated Google and restarted my computer. I think this is a technical issue. Please look into this. Is anyone else having a problem?
Mine has been doing this for about 3 weeks on iOS and they were zero help for me
Agree. Same issue for 3 weeks and EA support isn’t able to support or at least resolve the issue. 6 agents have been able too

The last agent felt that my game was over written and likely nothing can be done. I’ve got 179,000,000 coins and 290,000 gold bars, huge number of rare gems and nothing can be done? That’s bull crap
Exactly. 3 weeks for me. I’ve dealt with 6 EA agents online and no resolution. It sucks.
Yes. I cannot access my gems, blitz champions, or boosts.
Yes! I’ve had that problem too! For many days it won’t refresh. And it keeps freezing mid game!!
