BOUGHT the same game twice and cant get a refund for the game anymore

BOUGHT the same game twice and cant get a refund for the game anymore, it glitched it let me buy the same game twice

    I find it so hard to find the information I’m looking for, I just want to get my money back for the game when I have bought it 2 times and the same game, tried getting a refund but it doesn’t let me
