Cannot connect to online leagues
I cannot play in online leagues. I have been able to for a month and now all of a sudden I can’t. Why!!!

None of this did anything , I don’t understand. I was able to play all the time without any problem and now it seems I can never play again.
I’m attempting to attach a clip but it says that it is an unsupported extension type.
Not sure if you’re getting these.
As you can see it says i am offline with the grey icon even though I am online, and this means I cannot find a game .
I don’t understand how a game can all of a sudden stop working. I wasted money on this game. I just don’t get it. And there’s nothing that can be done for a month now . And I can’t get my money back supposedly. Just not right.
