Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Collection

Hi everyone, 

Like to ask fellow C&C players, 

It's been a long while since I play C&C Zero Hours and had the craving to play it again. To my notice, I was notified that I had to pay for a membership "EA Play", but I clearly paid the the C&C collection back in 2018. 

So like to ask what is the problem im facing, do I really need to pay for "EA Play" when I have paid for the full collection?
