Command and Conquer only giving german language download options on EA app

I purchased command and conquer ultimate collection, it's only giving me german language options for downloads for all the games.

I've tried clearing cache as one user suggested, doesn't work. I'm trying to go through live chat on EA help: official support .... wow, probably the worst customer support experience I've ever had. They keep trying to transfer me and then it cuts off and my ticket is left saying it's closed off being unresolved. Honestly how terrible is EA support?
