EA Sent me a notice that they banned my account. I haven't been online playing for years. I appealed on principle. They claim they did a full investigation and upheld the ban, but did not give any indication what the violation was. How can this be? I am trying to understand.
Looks like it was a false negative. I very much appreciate EA's support help.

You have no violations or appeals on your account. If that’s not right, make sure you're signed in to the right EA Account.
But it also looks like I can log in now. I am so confused. I wonder if the response to my appeal was a false negative and everything is okay.
