EA GAMES NOT CONNECTING TO INTERNET

I have been trying to play both F1 24 & SKATE. and both seem to be having connection issues for some reason. 

Issues started around 4 days ago where I tried to play F1 24 two player career where it would load me into the 'workbench' absolutely fine but as soon as I progress into the race weekend it disconnects me from the match. 

Skate. has issues with me even getting online. I open it up, press start then it loads me into a black loading screen with the skate. logo, proceeds to make the sound of a skateboard dropping on the floor then gives me the error code - 3463510556. 

anyone got any ideas? Tried to find EA's live chat but couldn't find it for immediate help
