Dear EA FC Mobile Team, I’m a passionate player who enjoys the game but feels it needs major improvements to reach its full potential. First, the game suffers from frequent Wi-Fi disconnections and lag, even on strong connections, which causes unfair match losses—an auto-reconnect system and better server stability are urgently needed. There are also bugs like disappearing controls, freezing during gameplay, and quests not tracking progress properly, all of which should be fixed to improve player experience. Most importantly, defending feels unresponsive—player switching is slow, tackles delay, and defenders often don’t react in time. Please make defending more skill-based, faster, and smoother. On top of that, FC Mobile would benefit greatly from features already in FC 26, like gameplay presets (Competitive vs Authentic), smarter AI and goalkeepers, player roles and traits (like PlayStyles), and live knockout tournaments or competitive events. These changes would make the game more fair, immersive, and exciting. I hope this feedback is seriously considered so FC Mobile can become the best it can be.
