I can’t verify child account so he can play online

This is an odd situation though, because my son has been playing this game for over a year and only recently EA has asked for additional “I am an adult” verification step (which I did for my other son) but the issue is that the link I received is expired and it isn’t sending any new links - nor does there seem to be a way to do the verification via EA account menu.
