I can’t verify child account so he can play online

Hi, having trouble verifying my child’s account. We are on the switch trying to play plants vs zombies battle for neighborville, but every time we click to play online we get asked to start verificat...

I ran into this problem too. My son used to play on the Switch all the time. His sister is a year younger and she can still play online with no issue. Its only his account having this issue. I tried to "START VERIFICATION", then it says "CONNECTING" along with "YOU NEED TO HAVE AN EA ACCOUNT" which he does have. His name is still on our online friends list in the game from when he used to be allowed to play with us. There is just a problem with making that connection now.
