input freezes mid game or in menus

input freezes mid game or in menus and cant press anything, and everytime i literally just close the game and ragequit ive lost so many games bc of this and also would've won SO many if it wasn't there PLEASE FIX IT, (and ive tried verifying the integrity of the game files in steam)

    hello! thanks for the help! a clean boot fixed it but how do i know which like service was causing it? i enabled only ea services to be able to open the game and after like 20 minutes no freezing happened! tysm for the help!

    update: i realized it happens when i like minimize or not minimize lets say i go to google on my second screen and go back to the game then my input freezes how do i fix this

    If switching between apps is causing the freezes, you might want to try running the game in Full Screen mode. Right after alt-tabbing, it might take a couple of seconds until the game runs smoothly again; this will depend on your hardware. It is recommended that you do not switch focus while gaming. If necessary to alt tab, then try to do that when you're not currently in a match to avoid freezes mid game.
