Is the AntiCheat broken?

so I've just recently re-downloaded PvZ: Battle for Neighborville and want to play it, but every single time I tried to open, the game immediately ran into an error (more accurately the crash handler report) that's created by the anticheat software. I've contacted customer support about this and it seems that they have no clue with it either with this issue (even with the clean boot tutorial). so if any of the Devs looking for this, please fix this issue right away otherwise your game (and possibly all other online games) will become unplayable at this point.


I will also provide a link to the 4 crashDump files that it generates after opening them for a better info context (since neither this nor the actual customer support tab able to add the .dmp attachment into it)
