Medal of Honor Warfighter constantly freezing

I tried this a few years back to no avail but here we are again.

I'm trying to play Medal of Honor Warfighter but for some reason the game loads, freezes and then is fine for a few seconds only to freeze again. The sound keeps playing but the screen is frozen. After a few seconds the screen continues and then it freezes again. Now the weird thing is, I changed PC's since the last time and guess what? It is still happening.

Last time I had an RTX 3080, I7 13700k and game installed on SSD.

Now I have a PC that is a RTX 4080 SUPER, I9 14900k, 32GB RAM 6800 and game installed on a brand new 990 PRO m.2 2tb.

I can't figure out why this game, and only this one of all the older titles, keeps doing this.

I tried to close down my antivirus, had in-game overlag from EA APP disabled but those brought no solution.

Anyone has been dealing with this?
