Need Help With Spore Connection

So I keep getting the error "Network play disabled" and thus I can't log in or anything. I'm past 2 hours so i can't get a steam refund. Idk if this is just me, but all the cases I make in the EA help website thing all get deleted.

WHAT DO I DO?????

    Hey Moribian​, I'm really sorry to hear about that. For further assistance with this, you would need to contact EA Help. I see you mentioned your help tickets are getting deleted. Are you reaching out via email? When you try to create a help ticket, do you see the option to start a chat?
