Re: Sporepedia search isn't working

I contacted Maxis Scott regarding the matter, he said he has messaged the server folks, however it may take a few days for them to respond since they're out of town. 

Don't trust EA to do anything for you, this thread has been up for some time now and they still haven't replied, so don't expect a reply for EA.
