Red Alert 3: Uprising removed from game library

Does  anyone know as to why Red Alert 3: Uprising is no longer available to play even though you own it from the Ultimate collection?

I did ask the EA help guys and they say it may be down to it being a sunset game but it is still available to purchase on the EA app and also on steam. So I am confused.

    i recently upgraded my pc.... i trying to reinstall RA3 and RA3: Uprising (i got it from C&C: Ultimate Collection from EA Origin years ago....)

    but it gave me a "DON'T HAVE ACCESS ERROR"....
