Red Alert won't start on Windows 7 after a hardware change. Help please!

Hey guys, I hope someone can help me. I have Red Alert 3 and Uprising installed on an old Windows 7 PC that works perfectly. I use it for my store and I can't upgrade to Windows 10 or 11 because of the software I have installed, and I need it for work. When I have some free time, I like to play Red Alert to relieve stress. Today I decided to upgrade my computer with more RAM and a new graphics card. I installed everything and it worked perfectly.

The problem started when I tried to launch Red Alert (I don't use the Origin app; I launch it from the .exe file). I clicked on it and a window popped up saying I had to register the game (the same one that appeared last year when I cloned my HDD to an SSD). I entered my email and password, and it gave me a message saying it couldn't connect and to try again later. I opened the Origin app, and it says it doesn't work anymore and that I should download the EA app. I downloaded it, but it doesn't work on Windows 7. Can anyone help me? I can't upgrade to Windows 10 and I'd like to keep playing Red Alert. Thanks!

    Hi there.

To play Red Alert 3 today, the game must be redeemed and linked to your EA Account. Once it's associated with your account, you'll need to use the EA app to download and launch the game.

Unfortunately, the EA app is not supported on Windows 7, so if you're unable to upgrade to a supported version of Windows, you may not be able to access the game through the EA app on that system.

I understand that's probably not the answer you were hoping for. I'm sorry I don't have better news, and I genuinely wish I could provide a solution that would get things working again on your current system.
