Skate shop not working

im having a issue where i cannot purchase any prroduct boxes in the playtest, and i need to buy them to progress, i have almost 1500 coins but every time i pess purchase i am met with a "Unspecified error occured." my friends can purchase it just fine but i cannot, anyone else having the same issue?

and yes i have restarted my game many times.
