Here's what you've asked for, @EA_Illium 79e9d454-a99a-4889-bf1c-149f222a6c8a
Apologies for the delay. after you reformatted windows did you grab the latest updates and drivers?
If so to check do you run anything else when trying to launch SMB4? If not, can you check you have full read/write access to the install location?
Thanks!

Yes on drivers and updates.
Nothing else running with EA/SMB4. No Nvidia replay, no other games/clients/overlays. Nothing. SMB4 folder has full control in security settings.

Hey @stealthturkey
Just to confirm you've tried running the system file checker?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
If so, can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the VC++ files needed for SMB4 in case there is a corruption issue?
- Install or Repair the VC++ files for your game (EA app guide)
If so, is there a separate drive we can use to install the game and to check if this continues? Also, do you play any other games via the EA app?

Ran scan. Uninstalled and reinstalled both VC packs as admin. Still crashes.
