Snowbird Solitaire

I have finished all the levels.  Been trying to do the cove, it says I have 42/700.  But when I click on the cove it takes me to either the reef or the docks.  It's been like this for over a yr.  Help tired of playing same thing over an over, when there are new levels to be had.
