I purchased Spore on Steam and can play it normally, but I can't log in to the Spore servers. What should I do?

Go to eahelp and provide them with your proof of purchase from Steam. Screenshot of proof of purchase using a pc web browser. You can check the help article on EA to check for the proof of purchase examples.
