Spore Help

bought spore awhile back on steam but I haven't been able to connect to the servers. What do i do? I have not found a way to contact support on old games via the help page.

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting to Spore. Since Spore is an older title, connection issues are often related to account/login problems.

    If you originally played on Steam or disc, ensure your game is properly registered to your EA account. If you cannot see the game on your EA app, you will need to contact EA Help. As you mentioned, you cannot contact EA Help when selecting the game Spore. Please use this link and on the question "What kind of issue are you having?" select "Update EA Account". That should allow you to start a chat with one of our advisors.
