Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet? While we don't know which steps you've tried so far, I suggest that you start by clearing the EA app's cache, and if the problem persists try repairing/reinstalling the games: Clear cache to fix your game download or upload
Thank you for your reply. I tried clearing cache but it did not resolve issue. When I start the game, either from Steam or EA App, the "preparing game" screen displayed, then the EA App reappears back to the Play Game screen. All 4 apps, same result.
Community ManagerThere might be a program or app preventing the game from running properly. To find out if this is the case, you can try a Clean Boot, as that will close all background programs that might be conflicting with the game and EA app: How to clean or safe boot your computer
