This Has Nothing to do with a game but a question?

I made this new account because I can't get into my original account. When I try to get into to original account it wants to send a code for the two-step verification to an old phone number that EA does not have on my account. So, I can't get that verification code because for some reason it's not coming to my email either. So, this means I can't get into my original account where all my credits and everything is.
