Account is limited and I cannot access to the online servers
Hello, when i try to connect in the server it says that "my account is limited and i cannot access in the server" what can i do to resolve the problem?
After v1.06's release on March 10th, an additional hotfix is now public on Origin and EA App that aims to resolve the following issues:
- User Receiving License Check Failed When Booting On Origin While Using EA Play Pro
- Account Restricted (Unable To Access Online)
- License Check Error On Boot Before Game Closes Down When Using ZoneAlarm Firewall
If you are still having issues with ZoneAlarm firewall, please add the GRID Legends executable file to the 'Allow' list.
